At GEO Academies Exceptional Student Services, we proudly serve a growing network of schools in Baton Rouge and Baker, dedicated to empowering every student to reach their highest potential. Our Exceptional Student Services team partners with families, educators, and the community to provide high-quality, individualized supports for students with diverse learning needs. Through inclusive practices, evidence-based instruction, and a strong commitment to equity, we ensure that students with disabilities have access to the tools, resources, and opportunities needed to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC)
GEO Academies values collaboration between families, educators, and the community to ensure students with disabilities receive the support they need to thrive. Our Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) provides the opportunity for parents, teachers, administrators, and community members to share input and recommendations about special education programs and services across our Baton Rouge and Baker campuses.
The SEAC meets three times annually. Parents interested in applying to be on the committee can submit an application here.
